Charges for cake: 1kg - Rs. 1000 + 18% GST (Black forest)

Floral arrangement in the room: Rs. 3000 +18% GST and above

Candle light dinner for a couple : Rs.5000 + 18% GST (without wine)

Mandatory X’mas Eve Supplement: Rs. 1750 + 18% GST per person

X’mas Eve Supplement (Child): Rs. 875 + 18% GST

Mandatory New Year Eve Supplement: Rs. 2000 + 18% GST per person

Boating Charges: Rs.800 per person including GST (per boat maximum 9 pax)

Bird Sanctuary: Adult: Rs.150 including GST; Child upto 12yrs: 75/- including GST

Photo Shoot: (Non Commercial only) – Maximum 6 members including crew members.

Duration: 6 hours – Rs.20000 + 18% GST (One room for fresh up for 6 hours)

Duration: 3 hours – Rs.10000 + 18% GST (No room) ** Terms & Conditions apply**

Rent for various banquet venues without catering services by the property.

Value requirement of catering services for the waiver of space rent for various banquet venues.

	There will be no waiver of rent for the convention centre except applying discount upto 50% upon catering services worth Rs.2,00,000/- excluding tax by the property.
3)	LAWN
	Proportionate amount will be waived off from the value of catering revenue after the assessed food cost as against the lawn rent charges. Lawn can be provided on 10% discount if the same party books 80% of the rooms.

For OTA's / KTDC Online module / Direct Bookings / Travel agents (FIT)

From 1st April to 19th December & from 6th January to 31st March:

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will not incur any cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
Non-arrival on the scheduled date will be considered as "no-show" and the full advance will be forfeited.

From 20th December to 5th January & Onam / Diwali / Pooja Holidays:

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will not incur any cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
No-show: Full advance will be forfeited.

Applicable only for:
Samudra, Golden Peak, Suvasam, Water Scapes, Periyar House, Aranya Nivas, Lake Palace, Tea County, Bolgatty Palace.
