  5. LEGAL & ESTATES
    • Liaison with the Standing Counsel and other advocates in various cases and legally scrutinizing the statement of facts furnished by the department concerned before filing it before the respective courts
    • To advise the management on legal issues and at times to obtain legal opinion from the panel of advocates on issues which ought to be scrutinized legally
    • The vetting of legal documents and agreements in which the Corporation is a party
    • Matters related with estate issues of KTDC

  6. TRAINING DIVISION (EXTERNAL)
    • Being the nodal agency for arranging training in hospitality services for various institutions/industry needs.
    • Recruitment on job training and HRD trainees - Through their officer
    • Provide induction for fresh recruits - as suggested by P & A department
    • Preparation of budget for offers from ASAP and similar agencies
    • Additional  administration of vehicles at Head Office other than vehicle allotted to the Chairman and the Managing Director
