- To advise the management on legal issues and at times to obtain legal opinion from the panel of advocates on issues which ought to be scrutinized legally
- The vetting of legal documents and agreements in which the Corporation is a party

TRAINING DIVISION (EXTERNAL)
- Being the nodal agency for arranging training in hospitality services for various institutions/industry needs.
