Customers are requested to check the current tariff before making reservation.

Meal rate per person : Breakfast: 500 + GST, Lunch  / Dinner: 700 + GST.

Check in: 1.00 PM/ Check out time : 11.00 AM

Mandatory Xmas Eve Supplement: Rs.1000/- per person + 18% GST

New Year Eve Supplement: Rs.2000/- per person + 18% GST

Floral arrangement in the room: Rs.1750/- + 18% GST;

Charges for cake: 500 gm:  Rs.750/- per kg. + 18% GST

Honeymoon arrangements : Rs.3000/- + 18% GST

Candle light dinner for a couple: Rs.2000 + 18% GST  

(includes: A table is set in the restaurant / near the beer parlour with a candle and flower on the table.

The guest can choose the menu either from the buffet available or order alacarte from the menu card.)

Photo Shoot: (Non Commercial only) Maximum 6 members including crew members.

6 hours - Rs.20000 + 18% GST (one room for fresh up for 6 hours)

3 hours - Rs.10000 + 18% GST (no room) ****Terms & Conditions apply****

Cancellation policy applicable to KTDC properties with effect from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027

For OTA's / KTDC Online module / Direct Bookings / Travel agents (FIT)

From 1st April to 19th December & from 6th January to 31st March:

• Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will not incur any cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
• Non-arrival on the scheduled date will be considered as "no-show" and the full advance will be forfeited.

From 20th December to 5th January & Onam / Diwali / Pooja Holidays:

• Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will not incur any cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
• No-show: Full advance will be forfeited.

Applicable only for:
Samudra, Golden Peak, Suvasam, Water Scapes, Periyar House, Aranya Nivas, Lake Palace, Tea County, Bolgatty Palace.

Onam / Diwali / Pooja Holidays - 2026-2027:

• Onam Holidays: 22nd to 29th August 2026
• Pooja Holidays: 17th to 24th October 2026
• Diwali Holidays: 8th to 14th November 2026
