Mandatory New Year Eve Supplement: Rs. 2000 + 18% GST per person

Photo Shoot:

Duration: 6 hours – Rs.20,000 + 18% GST (One room for fresh up for 6 hours)

Duration: 3 hours – Rs.10,000 + 18% GST (No room)

GST: 18% extra.
Lawn may not be given if occupancy is anticipated to cross 80% or above. (Peak season 15^th December to 31^st January, Diwali / Pooja season etc) Lawn will be free for the use of in-house guests, as open air restaurant, but if it is used for other exclusive functions, usual charges as specified in B (3) will be applied. If catering service is outsourced, full lawn rent has to be levied.

Value requirement of catering services for the waiver of space rent for various banquet venues.

1)	CONVENTION CENTRE (A/C)
	There will be no waiver of rent for the convention centre except applying discount upto 50% upon catering services worth Rs.2,00,000/- excluding tax by the property.
2)	LAWN
	Proportionate amount will be waived off from the value of catering revenue after the assessed food cost as against the lawn rent charges. Lawn can be provided at 10% discount if the same party books 80% of the rooms.
GST: 18% extra.
Lawn may not be given if occupancy is anticipated to cross 80% or above (Peak season 15^th December to 31^st January, Diwali / Pooja season etc). One complimentary room for wash and change to be provided for wedding / wedding reception at G V Raja Hall / Upper Lawn.

Timing: 11 AM to 4 PM (6 hours)

Week days & Weekends:

Child (6 - 12 yrs): Rs. 650/-
GST: 18% extra

Day Rates

Group Rate: 5% discount

Day out package is applicable only for minimum of 8 persons or above.

From 1st April to 19th December & from 6th January to 31st March:

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will not incur any cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
Non-arrival on the scheduled date will be considered as "no-show" and the full advance will be forfeited.

From 20th December to 5th January & Onam / Diwali / Pooja Holidays:

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will not incur any cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night’s applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
No-show: Full advance will be forfeited.

Samudra, Golden Peak, Suvasam, Water Scapes, Periyar House, Aranya Nivas, Lake Palace, Tea County, Bolgatty Palace.
