CUSTOMERS ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK THE TARIFF BEFORE MAKING RESERVATION

 

Meal rate per person : Breakfast: 500 + GST, Lunch / Dinner: 800 + GST

Check in: 1.00 PM /Check out time : 11.00 AM

Mandatory New Year Eve Supplement: Rs.2000/- + GST per person

Floral arrangement in the room: Rs.2500/- + GST;

Charges for cake: Rs.800/- per kg + GST

Honeymoon arrangements : Rs.3000/- + GST

Candle light dinner for a couple : Rs.3000/- + GST

(includes 5 course curated menu, exclusively the beach front location)

 

 

Package Rate

Timing: 11 AM to 4 PM (6 hours)

Week days & Weekends:
Per Person: Rs. 1250/-
Child (6 - 12 yrs): Rs. 650/-
GST: 18% extra

Day Rates

• Duration of stay for day rates: 8 hours between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Day rate: Rs. 4200/- + GST for single and double occupancy.
• Extra person: 20% on the day rate.
• Extra hours: Rs. 1000/- + GST; permitted for maximum 2 hours.
• Amenities provided: As usual (room supplies & give away).
• Category of room: Base category.

Group Rate: 5% discount

Day out package is applicable only for minimum of 8 persons or above.

Cancellation policy applicable to KTDC Properties with effect from 1 st April 2025 to 31 st March 2026

1. For OTA's/ KTDC Online module/ Direct Bookings / Travel agents (FIT)
   
   a. From 1 st April to 20 th December & from 6 th January to 31 st March:
   
   • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will not incur any cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night's applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
   • Non arrival on the scheduled date will be considered as "no-show" and the full advance will be forfeited.
   
   b. From 21 st December to 5 th of January & Onam/Diwali/ Pooja Holidays
   
   • Cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will not incur any cancellation fee.
   • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of advance equivalent to one night's applicable tariff for the total number of rooms booked.
   • ***No-show, full advance will be forfeited.
   
   Onam/Diwali/ Pooja Holidays - 2025- 2026:
   
   • Onam Holidays: 2nd September to 8th September 2025
   • Pooja Holidays: 28th September to 8th October 2025
   • Diwali Holidays: 18th October to 28th October 2025
