Terms and Conditions for the above packages:

  1. The packages will be for 2 adults + maximum 2 children upto the age of 12 years and inclusive of breakfast and all tax.
  2. The family having only one child above the age of 12 years or if one of the child has crossed 12 years and upto the age of 15 years can also be offered the special family package.
  3. The same package can be offered to a couple having no children and there is no age bar for the couple for availing the package.
  4. Additional food, beverages, Ayurvedic massage etc are at 10% discount.
  5. Other packages, if any, shall be offered if there is any change in the nature of family.
  6. At Aranya Nivas Jungle view will be provided.
  7. At Periyar House, Jungle view & at Ripple Land Executive room will be provided.
  8. The provision of room will be subject to the availability of room.
  9. No cancellation is permitted
  10. No TAC will be provided since the above package meant for direct selling.
